Owner operator Sharon Alder grew up here in Mountain Grove and enjoys showing off our beautiful countryside as well as homes in town.  Mountain Grove is a town of around 4500 friendly people and it’s still growing.  Our office covers around a fifty mile radius.  We “Have Cars Will Travel”.

Winters in this area are generally mild with really cold days thrown in once in awhile.  We do have the occasional snow and ice storms.   Mountain Grove has Two Golf courses. We also have some of the normal fast food places, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, KFC, Taco Bell, Sonic and Dominoes Pizza.  Several other restaurants in town serve up that “Country Cooking”, or if it’s steak you’re thinking of, we have that also.  Our schools are great and if working out is your thing head on down to the YMCA.

We have several doctors and clinics in town.  The nearest hospital is in Houston MO, 25 miles, but we have AirEvac services available.  St Louis and Kansas City are Three to Four hours for a nice weekend away.  And, don’t forget the cost of living in Missouri is among the lowest of all the states.

Several lakes are within two hours or less.  Lake of the Ozarks is a big tourist and  shopping spot.  Bull Shoals is a great Bass fishing lake and of course, you wouldn’t want to miss Branson, 1 ½ hours away.  Canoeing, Float Trips, Fishing and Hunting are extremely popular around here.
